Dinamo Zagreb - Pyunik

After several years domination in Croatian championship, Dinamo come in the new season with a group stage of Champions League as the main target. Club’s management did the excellent job on transfer market, first keeping all the main players (Mandzukic will maybe leave the club, but after qualifications), then bringing some new talented players in the club. In the past few years, too big obstacles were: Haka, Sheriff, Shakhtyor and last year Anorthosis. Comparing their budget and Dinamo’s, Armenians are without any chance in this encounter. The team is consisted mainly from domain players, several from them are Armenian’s internationals, but usually that isn’t enough to be equal against serious European teams. But, in the first match, boss Vardan Minasyan set the defending formation with the clear aim to not allow visitors to score. Now, goalless draw gives even the advantage for his side. Minasyan announced they’ll play more attacking in re-match! Hard to believe, as it is expected they’ll defend again with all players behind the ball. However, the certain is one scored goal will make them very close to sensation. No injury problems, the best eleven will play.

First game showed Pyunik is much tougher opponent, than anybody in Zagreb really expected. Dinamo is still hard favorites here, but will have to secure the goal first. On the other hand, visitors will defend with all players and I think they can resist in the first half. Considering all the facts, I think X-1 (ht/ft) should be a bet that worth of try.
