One gamble for today

1.35 for Barca’s win in this stage of CL is a rubbish for me. Although I can’t really see any different outcome. Odds on goals are insult as well. Won’t get involved in this game.

Russian team is a kind of mystery for me. I have an impression CSKA look better on the road, than at home. Tonight, it looks only advantage will be artificial grass. As far as I’m aware, Italians haven’t played on it.
I can’t imagine Inter losing after knocked out Chelsea. In such occasions, when stronger club play for a draw (I guess Mourinho would be absolutely satisfied with 1-1) game usually ends with a draw. This is my only bet today. Gamble on a draw.

Huddersfield have noticed 6 home games without a win. They fight for a play-off, but Oldham do that for their lives. And I have some ugly feeling, we’ll see Colchester in play-off. 1.55? No way.

Champions League 31. March

Arsenal – Barcelona, Arsenal corner handicap (-0.5) @ 2.00, Expekt

If it is any other top English club, I would take offered odd with a big smile. But Arsenal… At this moment it looks Barca is everything that Gunners want to be. And I really can’t predict final result. I can imagine 1-1 or 2-1, but will leave it.
I see Arsenal as a side which will have bigger possession and good pace. Partially because Barca’s tactic on away games in Europe (6 draws and 3 wins in last 9). They’ll sit back and wait some stupitidy by Almunia or Campbell most likely, or simply a chance for good counter attack. Guardiola would be satisfied with a scoring draw. Wenger would not. And Arsenal will have the advantage after set pieces, I guess Wenger knows it.

Inter – CSKA, over 2.5 @ 2.05, Stan James

1.40 for a home win is a rubbish in my opinion. Handicap, too risky. Mourinho will have same players that knocked Chelsea. They’re big favorites no doubt and they’re surely capable of scoring few tonight. On the other hand, CSKA like to play counter attacks, sometimes look very dangerous and can score. I think their chance is tonight, not in re-match. Like the odds for goals. Over 2.5.

Nice little double for me. (Those are best current odds for both bets,bet365 offer 1.95 for both.)

Inter - Fiorentina

Glad my instinct was correct, weird results in England.

Serie A trophy for Massimo Moratti became usual.Losing Cup would accept as a fist in the face.Inter didn’t play for the weekend as their game vs. Parma was postponed, they’re rested, but Mourinho will surely think about next encounter on 10.02..However,Balotelli will get a chance,Sneijder is suspended from league so will play in Cup,Lucio and Milito are also expected to appear.

Fiora won one point from last two games and their spot for CL is in doubt. Additionally, club has been shaken with Mutu affair.Considering they’ll host Roma for the weekend and Bayern after that, think Prandelli will give a chance to his talents. They’re better in statistics as won 5 times in Cup, drew 3 and lost once. However, expect their defensive display and a try to make good result before a re-match.

Hosts are big favorites, have longer list of players and ambition to win the competition.Everything else would be a failure.Home win.

Italian Cup

Inter - Juventus

Strong eleven are expected for Inter, including Eto'o. Juve will miss several keys and some youngsters will appear. At the same time, players have expected Benitez or Hiddink but will get Gentile as new boss. Seems their nightmare never ends. Mourinho smells the blood. Home win and over.

.

I'm going on the road tonight. Thinking to take a weekend off, too much stress since December. However, will post gossips and will be back with new picks soon.

Cheers lads,

Dule
